Tomorrow at Noon (Central Time), Mondo Tees will be releasing a newly-pressed Vinyl of the ‘Big Trouble in Little China’ soundtrack. This is the first time in over 30 years that this album will be available on vinyl, and if it’s anything like the other Carpenter score releases from Mondo (or, generally, most of their pressings), it’ll be gone in a flash.
If you haven’t seen ‘Big Trouble’, it defies genre a bit, but in essence it’s a movie about a bumbling, would-be Western Action Movie Hero ending up as a sidekick in a Eastern martial arts movie with a healthy dose of mysticism, and the humor of seeing him out of his element.
