American Tactical imports the German Sport Guns brand here in the States, and one of the cooler-looking models they released was a .22 LR variant of the MP-40 SMG. Stopping by their booth, I noticed that they plan to release a pistol-variant chambered for the original 9mm Luger, and thankfully they had a model on display.

No word on when it’ll be available, so stay tuned for more info as it becomes available.

American Tactical is releasing a .22 LR version of the MP-40. Built to as close as original specs as possible, the .22 MP-40 features synthetic black furniture, adjustable iron sights, and an underfolder stock. It is available with either 10 or 23-round magazines, and limited quantities will come in a handmade pine crate.
