Gost Barefoot is a German company that makes what can be described as chainmail minimalist shoes. The PaleoBarefoot series is made from stainless steel chainmail. The shoes are built for strolling, light hiking, and walking on natural surfaces and in water. For more ‘urban’ environments, they also sell “Multi-Paws”, attachable soft sole spots based on animal paws that provide grip on smooth and paved surfaces.
