For their entry for the Space Wearables Challenge in the Space Apps 2014 Challenge, Space Apps Reno developed a working Pip-Boy 3000, featuring real-time mapping and an on-board Geiger counter, among other tools. It even has actual Pip-Boy graphics for that authentic, post-apocalyptic feeling.
