Brighton, CO, September 2013– Rio Grande Custom Grips announces their move in to full custom design handgun grips (also known as stocks). If it is a customer supplied image, logo, text, photograph or whatever, Rio Grande can get it on your favorite handgun’s grips.
This gives proud handgun owners the ability to say their thing on their grips and for a surprisingly low price. How low you ask?
Well, the initial design and production setup and application of the image into the first pair of handgun grips is only $112.95 and you get a set of finished personally customized grips.
After that first pair and custom image set up the price drops to their regular $54.95 for subsequent grips you may want. And if at that time you only wanted the first pair and later want more with that same image, they keep your information on file and you pay ONLY their regular price of $64.95 for a single pair and $54.95 each for multiple pairs!
And if you order in volume such as for a unit, organization, association, company or whatever, they have excellent volume discounts available.
The X-Treme Shooting V2 EBR Trigger Shoe is designed specifically for the pistol gripped SAGE EBR M14 chassis, although it also works well with chassis from TROY, McMillan, LAW483, CM, Blackfeather, Archangel, JAE, Vltor, M14E2, etc. It was created because the standard M14 trigger isn’t designed to work well with a pistol grip, given the upward direction of pull. It widens and lengthens the stock M14 trigger, giving the trigger a more rearward pull and preventing the tip of the trigger from stabbing the finger tip. Made from 100% steel.
Pahrump, NV – Rock Island Armory, the world’s largest seller of 1911 pistols, has introduced a new look for their entire line of popular handguns. Guided by customer feedback and a shift to provide a more streamlined look, Rock Island Armory has moved their logo from the side of the slide to the back of the slide displaying the distinctive Rock Island Armory logo. The company is now shipping all 1911 pistols with the new look.
“Two of the things that are important to us are staying true to the legendary standard platform of the 1911 and the second is listening to our customers,” said Martin Tuason, President of Rock Island Armory. “We were ready to refresh the look of our pistols and we heard a lot of feedback that the subtle change to a smaller logo at the back of the slide would give our 1911’s a more distinctive and streamlined look.”
The new visual change to the company’s 1911 pistols follows on the heels of the addition of rubber grips to the 1911 Tactical Series. Rock Island Armory’s global lineup of 1911 pistols includes the GI, Tactical, 2011 Tactical, Match, MAP/MAPP and the company’s revolutionary TCM series.
