To something more like this:
The funds are going towards practically overhauling the bot with armor, new weapons, and a custom track base replacement courtesy of Howe & Howe:

Described as “…like darts, but on steroids”, Bad Axe Throwing is exactly what it sounds like: hurling hand axes into chunks of target wood. Bad Axe Throwing is a quickly growing sport in Canada, and the creators are looking to expand into the USA, Australia, and Europe, so they’ve turned to Kickstarter to realize this goal.

The folks over at Ranger Up and Article 15 clothing have teamed up to form Range 15, and they’re making a movie:
We’re making the military movie you’ve always wanted someone to make: relentless ball busting, guns, explosions, hot chicks, booze, and more guns. We will not dramatically salute each other. We will kill lots of shit, all while using our weapons correctly. Again, there will be hot chicks. Mat will probably sleep with all of them. And I mean that both in the movie and in real life. Seriously, that guy has a real problem. Tim Kennedy may or may not be oiled up in a loin cloth.
They’re looking for funding on Indiegogo, so check out the page for more info:

Last August, I wrote about the VSSL (pronounced like the word vessel), a hollow Aluminum tube for storing survival and outdoor items in, with an LED flashlight at the end; a bit like one of those old school large-sized Maglights, but with a hollow handle for storing items instead of batteries.
Since then, VSSL has planed an expansion to their line of hollow body flashlights with the Flask Light. Made of food-grade stainless steel rather than the aluminum of the original VSSL flashlight, the Flask Light is a multi-compartment system which consists of a compass end cap, a 10 oz. liquid container, a hidden compartment with two collapsible shot glasses and a bottle opener, and of course the dual mode LED flashlight.
The finalized VSSL Flash Light will be available with either a matte green or polished steel exterior.
Now, on Kickstarter is Draggin Bags, the creation of SSD reader Garrett Lommatsch.
These bags are completely made in the USA, and are built out of 3″ military spec webbing instead of fabric. This makes them significantly tougher and more durable than any other bag on the market, perfect for hard use applications. As an EMT, Garrett wanted a better bag for my personal first aid kits, with a dash of engineering they became tougher than any adventure.
Remember the Bug-A-Salt? Well, this is the Bug-A-Salt 2.0. The main draw for this new model, aside from the slick ‘bug camouflage’ exterior, is “more power, less salt”. The Bug-A-Salt 2.0 uses less salt per shot, for better ammo conservation and reduced cleanup, but also shoots farther than the original. Plus, they fixed the broken gear problem that was an issue with the original Bug-A-Salt. Check out the video below to see the Bug-A-Salt 2.0 in action.

Conceived by a brother-sister duo of mechanical engineers, Undercover Wrenches are a set of EDC pocket wrenches that don’t really look like tools at all. They’re made from aerospace-grade 17-4PH stainless stell, which is stronger than Grade 5 titanium-6Al-4V and corrosion resistant.
